The X Factor judge broke down in tears after one mother told him about her son’s death on February 14th – the same day Simon and Lauren’s son Eric was born.
“One of the things that has affected us most is that your son died on our son’s birthday on Valentine’s Day,” Lauren said as she took over from an emotional Simon.
