I’ve Seen Thousands Of Commercials In My Life And This Is The Only One I Ever Cry Over

At Christmas time, there’s joy all around. Some people are glad to finally get some time off work and spend the holidays with their families. The kids can’t wait to get their presents. Others are excited to finally spend quality time with their friends. Personally, I enjoy the commercials during that time of the year.

Big corporate firms spend millions of dollars to encourage us to shop and keep up with the spirit of Saint Nick. Since most of them know that the competition is tough, they go out of their way to come up with unique adverts. One, in particular, caught the attention of millions of viewers.

Bouygues is a French telecom company that always insists on the importance of family values and maintaining communication with your loved ones through their ads. Their Christmas commercial was along the same lines, but it made viewers cry because of how touching it was.

The advertisement starts with a father playing his young son, who is still a baby, the song ‘Come and Get Your Love’ by Redbone. It’s the dad’s way of bonding with his son and making him smile. He does this all through his son’s life.

The ad ends with the son holding his baby and calling his dad to play the same song. It’s one of the most touching and on point ads that I have ever seen.

Bouygues has received so much praise for the ad on social media, especially from parents. They say that it helps them bond with their children. The main message on this ad is that we should offer more than technology this Christmas.

We should take out phones and use them to appreciate all those we love especially those that took care of you when you were young. So go ahead and do the same if you haven’t already. Spread the joy.

If you haven’t seen the commercial, you should check it out to see what we’re talking about above. What have you done for your family and friends for the holidays in the past? Let us know in the comments and pass this along to your loved ones!
