Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner’s marriage looked as strong as any not too long ago.

After a nasty breakup that included a long court case and a lot of bad words in the press, the couple has now officially moved on.

We just wrote last month about the chance that Costner, who played Yellowstone, had found love again. It looks like his ex-wife isn’t going to be left out of any new relationships…

Reports say that Costner was caught off guard when Christine Baumgartner decided to start the divorce process in May of last year (2023). Sadly, things would only get worse from there on out in this sorry story.

Christine said she wanted a divorce because of “irreconcilable differences” in early May. They had been married for 18 years.

Someone working for Costner put out a statement that said, “It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action.

“We ask that his, Christine’s and their children’s privacy be respected as they navigate this difficult time.”

Following Baumgartner’s filing, she and Costner got into a nasty fight. According to a prenuptial agreement, Baumgartner had to leave the family home and Costner had to pay $63,209 a month in child support for the couple’s three kids together.

Kevin and Christine are probably both glad that 2023 is over. Still, it wasn’t all bad news when it came to love—at least if you believe the rumors from some news sites.

TMZ says that Costner started dating the US singer Jewel at the end of last year. One person said, “There was definitely something going on. They were flirty, and when they were together, it was like they both just lit up.”

“You could tell they were trying to be discreet, but anybody who saw them could tell something was going on,” said another person.

As it should be, Costner’s ex-wife is now the subject of similar rumors. The Daily Mail says there are strong signs she may have a new boyfriend.

A few months after her split from Kevin was finalized, Baumgartner was seen with famous financier Josh Connor again. The two of them live in Santa Barbara.

The Daily Mail released a number of photos, one of which showed Baumgartner, who is 49 years old and works as a fashion designer, dropping Connor off at his house.

This is an interesting fact: Baumgartner and Connor have been related to each other before. After they were seen together in Hawaii last July while on vacation, Baumgartner had to answer a question in court about their connection while she was going through her divorce.

Baumgartner said, “No,” when asked where her boyfriend Connor was. When they got back from their trip, the 49-year-old said that Connor had slept in a different room. But according to The Mail, Baumgartner and Connor went to Hawaii again in December.

Baumgartner’s lawyer also confirmed that Josh had given her a loan of $20,000 last summer, when she was having a hard time because she was getting divorced from Costner.
